How refreshing! I've resisted the "smart" phone world as much as possible. I refuse to patronize those events/venues that use e-ticketing without offering a paper alternative. These phones are grossly expensive and the use of them are probably what has contributed to the growth of rampant discourtesy and mis/disinformation not to mention the inability to hold a reasonable conversation without consulting one's screen every few minutes. Yes, they can be an effective tool for many kinds of businesses and in a work environment, however...
